DSD Support Operations Dashboard
A ServiceNow analytics dashboard for Osapiens, the DSD (direct store delivery) routing app at Coca-Cola Consolidated, where I'm the primary support for Tier 2 incidents. It monitors a redesigned support model: Tier-1 vs Tier-2 routing, knowledge-base deflection, SLA health, and vendor escalations, so the team can see at a glance where work is being resolved and what to fix next. Visuals recreated without internal data for confidentiality.

LOFT Living — UX Redesign
A self-initiated, unaffiliated redesign of LOFT Living, a property-management resident app at 1.94 stars across 5,200+ ratings. I clustered the public complaints into six themes, benchmarked LOFT against higher-rated peers, traced the failures to likely architectural root causes, and sized the business impact — then rebuilt the sign-in, rent-payment, and maintenance flows as a working, installable PWA prototype.

A live e-commerce storefront for an electrical-supplies retailer, with a deep, technical catalog spanning lighting, circuit breakers, transformers, and dozens of categories in between. As the in-house designer and developer, I organized the catalog for fast discovery, shaped the storefront and merchandising, and kept the customer-facing experience running for a real, operating business.

Inventory Shrink Reduction Form
An app icon and visual identity I designed for a shrink-reporting form I supported as the BA. The form replaced a manual email process for logging excessive inventory shrink, and to make an internal tool feel like a real product and earn field adoption, I created a branded clipboard mark that reads instantly on a phone home screen. It shipped as a complete, production-ready app icon set at every screen density.
